Little Dene consists of a family house and cottage on an old established
spacious garden
with
an orchard, a wooded
area with mossy paths, a rose garden
and a newly
established
indigenous patch. The grounds are flat, and comfortable
for walking.

Main House:

Three bedrooms (very private), two overflow bedrooms; 3 bathrooms,
lounge, dining area with woodstove,
large fully equipped kitchen. Fireplaces and braai facilities. Bedding and
towels provided.
Cottage:

Sleeps up to 3
·
Two bedrooms – one large room with double bed and fireplace, one
small sleeper with a single bed, living room, bathroom and fully equipped
kitchenette, braai area. Bedding and towels provided.
The Den
2 mattresses
Basic – single room with mattresses and shower (no warm water at present, no
kitchen)
Rates
The House: per night
R1100 for 4 people
thereafter R160 per adult and R100
per child (under 12).
The Cottage: per night
R300 for 1 person
R450 for 2 adults
additional R160 for third person.
The Den: per night
R200 for 1 person
R320 for 2 adults
additional R100 per extra mattress
(R60 if using own sleeping bag for extra mattress)
Please note – all units: there is a
R50pp surcharge for 1-day bookings over weekends.
